As the sea breeze fills the air, indulge in a menu designed to delight: fresh bay scallops, zesty ceviche, and sumptuous foie gras, each paired with artisanal spirits crafted to complement the flavors of the coast. Our beverage pairing is anchored in our love for aperitifs, featuring fortified wines made in the spirit of French and Italian traditions with rich botanical macerations created entirely from scratch. We craft these beverages with fruits grown by the land stewards around us, accentuated by botanicals sourced from the world's finest growers.
